Kathy- The technician went above and beyond my expectations on such a hot day. I've dealt with Hamilton for almost 30 years and always get treated like family.

Still can't believe they got it right in one shot! Superior Chevrolet blew it FIVE times and that is not an exaggeration. The only 2 visits we have had to your service department were by far the best I EVER received from ANY dealership. That includes Haldeman, and Peruzzi as well. It has been decided that thanks to John and your get it right the 1st time service, our next automobile will be a VW. Turns out your dealing with two customers that are perfectionist; expects the best and despises incompetence, ignorance and excuses. Your staff has shown none of those traits.

As a result all the people that I have dealt with have been courteous and show a real desire to do a 1st class job that is not often found in today's workplace.
